The following services are provided by CemeteryFind.com at no cost to any cemetery that requests them. There are no fees  to post your cemetery's burial listing or create your cemetery's own web site. Services that come with a fee include: document scanning & indexing, cemetery mapping, records management account on CemeteryFind.com or PC based system. 

Cemetery web site - We provide cemeteries with their own "easy-edit" web site. Through a secured password account you can easily edit the content and provide the public with instant updates. Using our attractive template you create your own topics. Topics and content can include: "pre-need" available lots for sale, price schedule, driving directions to cemetery, hours of operation, cemetery rules, link to interment names and lot locations, contact info, cemetery newsletter and more. Photographs pdf, tif, spread sheet, or Word documents can be attached for the public to download. Web based public burial listing - CemeteryFind.com will upload burial records for public search for any cemetery for free. Email your file to: info@cemeteryfind.com and we will have your burial records online for public search within a week. We will provide a hyperlink that brings the user directly to your cemetery's listing in CemeteryFind.com. This link can be inserted in your current cemetery web page, a municipal web page or the free web page we provide. A. We will take your computerized cemetery records and upload to our PC based or web based cemeteryfind.com records management system

Q. How do I update my cemetery records once they are on cemeteryfind.com?

A. The free burial listing can be updated once per year at no cost. For our records management account customers we provide a secured password account to add, update, or remove any of you cemetery records and edit scanned lot and burial cards. Q. How can the public have access to our burial listing once they are on cemeteryfind.com?

A. If you have our free web site product we will provide a link from it to the list of burials. We can also provide a link from your cemetery web site or municipal web site to cemeteryfind.com. You can also leave a recorded message on a phone answering machine directing inquiries to your cemetery's records in cemeteryfind.com. Q. What costs are associated with adding our cemetery records to cemeteryfind.com?

A.

Inactive or historical cemeteries:

There is no fee for us to add a historical or inactive cemetery to CemeteryFind.com. Updates will be done at least once per year or more often as time permits.

Active Cemeteries:

For active cemeteries that are either selling lots or adding burials we will also upload deceased records for free. Updates are as follows: $50.00 for one update per year, $90.00 for two updates per year, $160.00 for four updates per year , or monthly for $420.00 per year. You send us your update list and we post them for you.

Whether an active or inactive cemetery we will take deceased name, date of death, grave location, age, date of burial, lot owner, veteran status, cemetery name, cemetery location and cemetery contact information. Adding additional data will be evaluated on a case by case basis. We can accept Excel, Access, or ASCII comma delimited files.


Optional secured web based records management:

We charge an affordable monthly fee for a secured password account that provides the cemetery records manager with the tools to easily add, update and maintain their records via our secured CemeteryFind.com site. The monthly fee includes: unlimited disk space, weekly backup of all data, scanned lot & burial cards and lot photographs linked to cemetery records  and cemetery mapping for locating owners lots and interment names. This affordable service is primarily intended for cemeteries that are active with new burials or lot sales as a way to manage and update active cemetery records from any location.
